Sarah is a senior Programme and Portfolio Leader with over 15 years’ experience delivering complex digital transformation across central government and regulated industries. She has held senior digital leadership roles at newcleo, the UK Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA), UK Research & Innovation (UKRI), the Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC), the Ministry of Defence and the National Crime Agency. Across these organisations, she has established and led portfolio offices and programme teams, designed and implemented target operating models, and delivered enterprise-wide digital and transformation programmes valued at up to £200 million, operating within secure, highly regulated and mission-critical environments.

Most recently, Sarah served as Head of Global IT Portfolio and Head of Digital Transformation at newcleo, where she established and scaled a multinational portfolio office, delivered critical enterprise platforms, and implemented industry-leading AI and automation tools to enhance reporting, strengthen governance, and improve delivery efficiency within the nuclear sector.
