Details

Following a licence review, the Commission determined to revoke the Personal Functional Licence (PFL) of Ms Lubna Abouleyazid Mustafa (the Licensee) under the provisions of section 117 and section 119 of the Gambling Act 2005 (the Act). The Commission found;

  • the Licensee failed to inform the Commission of a reportable Key Event within the required timeframe which was a breach of her licence. Through this failure, the Licensee has demonstrated a lack of awareness of their responsibilities as a licence holder; and
  • the Licensee is unsuitable to carry on the licensed activities as their conduct has fallen below the standards the Commission requires from those it licences.

For the reasons set out above the Licensee is unsuitable to carry on the licensed activities.
