Details of action

Following a licence review of Mr Shay Segev’s Personal Management Licence (PML), the Commission found the Licensee had breached Part III of the general licence conditions attached to personal licences under Section 75 of the Act found in the Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice (“LCCP”) and issued him with a warning under section 117(1)(a) of the Act.

Once notified of the licence review, the Licensee cooperated fully with the Commission’s enquiries.
